Settlement between Mah Sultan and Aqa Mirza Kuchak, 1928
Hajiyah Bibi [Khayr al-Nisa’ Baygum Mah Sultan], the wife of the late Haj ‘Abd al-Husayn Sahib Amin al-Tujjar, has transferred all of her belongings to Aqa Mirza Kuchak, the son of her daughter, a descendent of the late Muhammad Sahib Amin al-Tujjar, in exchange for one-fourth of a rupee, with two conditions: first, that Hajiyah Bibi retains the right to spend these belongings for the next twenty lunar years; second, that after Hajiyah Bibi's death, Aqa Mirza Kuchak spend five hundred rupees for her funeral and charity in addition to hiring someone to fast and pray on her behalf.

Settlement between Shaykh Mahdi and Ziya’ Najmabadi, 1955
Copy of a settlement on Ministry of Justice letterhead regarding a property (numbered 2170 to 2172) in the Shaykh Hadi neighborhood in Tehran. Aqa Mirza Muhammad Khan Najmabadi had inherited this property from his mother, Sakinah Khanum Kundushlu (Shaykh Hadi's wife). In 1947, he sold the property to his niece, Sadiqah Najmabadi. After Sadiqah Najmabadi's death in March of 1955, the property was inherited by her father, Shaykh Mahdi Najmabadi, and her husband, Ziya’ Najmabadi. According to this document, on November 12, 1955, Shaykh Mahdi sold his share to Ziya’ Najmabadi.

Settlement of Riza Quli Khan Ghaffari, son of Mirza Fazl Allah Khan Ghaffari, and his wife, Nigar Khanum Ghaffari, daughter of ‘Abd Allah Ghaffari, with ‘Ali Akbar Khan Ghaffari, son of Murtaza Quli Khan Ghaffari, over a share of water from a qanat, some pieces of land, some household furnishings, etc. in Kalah village, in exchange for one man [unit of weight] of salt and one hundred dinars; provided that Riza Quli Khan and Nigar Khanum receive the rents and benefits from these properties as long as they live, and in case of hardship during their lives, they maintain the right to sell parts...
